Location was great. You can’t drive up to the property but it’s right next to McDonalds so super easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had lunch and a dinner in the restaurant and food was excellent and not overpriced. Beds are very comfortable.

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed. Great location and fantastic attention to detail. The hotel has a calm and sophisticated feel throughout. All staff were fantastic and consistent through entry, reception, bar area, rooftop and breakfast. We enjoyed each area. The room was very well designed, comfortable and with many thoughtful features. Lovely complimentary cocktail to start our first evening. I would not hesitate to recommend or return.

The hotel is very new, so everything was super fresh and clean. The staff were amazing and so international - it was lovely talking to people from all over the world and seeing such a diverse group of people helping us! The breakfast spread was wonderful and being a vegetarian, I didn’t have any issues. The beds were luxurious and made it hard to get up from!

Isaac, the concierge, went above and beyond! The rooms were quiet and comfortable. All the staff were super and helpful. Great location near many sites and metro.

The hotel is very nice, the terrace with beautiful views and amazing cocktails, the staff is very friendly, the location is great.

The hotel is in a great location (close to Grand Via and Puerto del Sol) but well soundproofed so you don’t get street noise, which was great. The staff are universally lovely and helpful which has definitely bumped up the score. The hotel is clean, comfortable and secure with a good breakfast (but it should be for 34 Euros). I didn’t use the gym so can’t comment on that facility.

A stylishly well-designed hotel. Great staff that welcomed me as soon as I got out of the taxi. The reception floor and dining area were clean and a pleasure to sit in. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in while travelling in a long time.

Loved the location of this hotel. Lunch was lovely - I recommend the Russian Salad and breakfast was good. The staff here are exceptional - my first time in Madrid and I'll definitely be back.
